Hope in Unity is the food, beverage and lifestyle club of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers — a single membership that opens every table, terrace, cabana and lounge across the property, and a calendar that brings them to life.
Modern Middle Eastern cuisine with a Mediterranean accent, served beneath double-height windows overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Seasonal tasting menus, a raw bar and a chef’s counter for twelve.
Lunch 12:30–15:30 · Dinner 19:00–23:30
Charcoal grill, wood-fired flatbreads and long golden hours on the water’s edge. The place for sundowners, shisha and slow evenings that turn into late ones.
Daily 16:00–01:00
Seventy-four floors of Abu Dhabi below and nothing above but sky. Craft cocktails, rare pours and a resident DJ programme from Thursday to Saturday.
Daily 17:00–02:00
A private stretch of Corniche beach, a temperature-controlled infinity pool and cabana service that never lets a glass sit empty. Members’ sunbeds are held until noon.
Daily 8:00–20:00
Conrad Spa rituals, a hammam, and a gym with Gulf views. Members enjoy priority booking and a monthly guest pass for a plus-one.
Daily 6:00–22:00
An observation-deck event space three hundred metres up, host to the club’s supper clubs, tastings and full-moon socials — and available to members for private celebrations.

Unity membership opens every venue, holds your sunbed until noon, seats you first at the supper club and takes care of the golden hour. Annual and seasonal tiers are available for individuals, couples and families.
